John Doran, REALTOR®/EDUCATOR, is a 30 yr. veteran of the real estate industry as salesperson, broker, trainer, manager, owner-operator, entrepreneur. He has served as president of the largest local Board of REALTORS® in NH and twice was selected local Board REALTOR® of the year. He is a NH Real Estate commission approved instructor for continuing education and pre-license instruction, and serves on both Local and State REALTOR® Committees. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Greater Manchester/Nashua Board of REALTORS® as Legal Committee Chair and has been a very active member of the NH State Association of REALTORS® Public Policy Committee for the last 25 years. John has been called on to provide expert opinion in NH Courts and has appeared to testify frequently before the NH General Court.

A co-founder of RE/MAX Properties I in Nashua, he helped that company grow to become the most productive single office in the state during the mid-nineties; more recently John served as Regional Director and Director of Professional Development for a large regional firm, ERA The Masiello Group. In private practice for the last five years, as John Doran & Assoc., he has provided compliance education and training, coaching, consulting, and expert witness services throughout NH. In 2010, John completed a 26 month assignment serving on a Land Use Commission under the NH State Legislature.

John’s greatest successes in the real estate business have been in recruiting, training, and coaching.
