Kathy comes to Brin Realty Group from Coldwell Banker where she was the top Selling and Listing Agent of the Bedford Office in 2010 with over $16 Million in closed sales.  She was also ranked in the top 1% of Coldwell Banker brokers nationwide as well as Coldwell Banker's Top Agent in Southern NH with the highest number of homes sold and the highest dollar volume of homes sold.
