Actual NH homes units sold in Hillsborough County including Amherst and Bedford.

Hillsborough  County posted an increase in sales of residential NH homes for the month of 

June 2009 compared to June 2008 of 12.4% 

The median sale price posted a 5.3% decline, year over year...

The acutual days on market increased slightly by 1%. 

Lots of different ideas among experts regarding the housing numbers, seems to us that we are skidding along a bottom...only time will tell...
