Often NH buyers and sellers wonder what is the difference between NH real estate agents and NH real estate brokers.  NH real estate agency offices will hold the real estate licenses of all practicing New Hampshire real estate agents in their company.  This means a Bedford NH real estate agent or broker must affiliate with a NH real estate brokerage and "hang their license."

Individuals in the State of NH will first apply for a NH real estate license and will need to practice real estate sales in NH prior to applying for a NH real estate broker's license.

In NH, you have Real Estate Brokers who are Broker/Owner (the owner and broker of the business), Managing Broker (a NH real estate broker who manages a NH real estate office and an Associate Broker, a NH Real Estate Broker that has fulfilled the requirements to be called a NH Real Estate Broker.
